Time for another edition of our weekly feature- we’ve once again reviewed corporate-owned, lender-owned and foreclosure properties that have come on market in the last seven days in Woodstock, North Fulton and East Cobb County- here are the results:
Our favorite “pick” this week is a corporate-owned home (with a hopefully poorly taken photo) in Roswell at Litchfield Hundred- the home was built in 1998 and is on just over an acre of land. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths plus a finished basement. The home most recently sold for $590,000 in 2005 and is now for sale at $485,000.
Remember, as always, that these “deals” aren’t always what they seem- sometimes banks and corporations list their homes at or near market value regardless of their condition, so you always want to make sure you know what other homes have sold for in the neighborhood/area and how the neighborhood/area is trending in value.
