This week’s favorite “pick” is a Roswell foreclosure and a great buy in Stonegate. This home originally sold for 1.2M and is now on the market at $849,900. With a finished basement that boasts a media room and guest suite, the house checks in at just under 5900 sq ft of finished space.
Remember, as always, that these “deals” aren’t always what they seem- sometimes banks and corporations list their homes at or near market value regardless of their condition, so you always want to make sure you know what other homes have sold for in the neighborhood/area and how the neighborhood/area is trending in value.
