You’re right Paul- the contractor has been told to complete the project before the start of the busy Christmas shopping season, so hopefully the long-term benefits to the businesses will outweigh the short-term drop in sales.

We had some road expansion by our house and the businesses in the area suffered from it. Hope the project is completed quickly.

The tax credit incentives were wonderful opportunities for buyers and sellers when available. Seems there would be very few contracts out there now that this would apply to now in mid-July.

I think that it is pretty amazing that the construction of the new school will come in under budget. That rarely happens.
