Our favorite “pick” this week is a foreclosure in Indian Hills, a Golf & Country Club neighborhood in Marietta – East Cobb. The home is a 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home on slab with an assessed value of just over $232,000 and was built in 1980- the home does not yet have a photo posted though one or more may be added shortly.
Remember, as always, that these “deals” aren’t always what they seem- sometimes banks and corporations list their homes at or near market value regardless of their condition, so you always want to make sure you know what other homes have sold for in the neighborhood/area and how the neighborhood/area is trending in value.
